Instant Inji Curry Mix

This spicy Kerala style Ginger/Inji Curry, an essential side dish of Kerala Sadya, can be made instantly with our Special Inji Curry Koottu Powder.

Cooking Method: In a frying pan, may splutter mustard, red chilli and curry leaves in cooking oil. Then add the required amount of ginger mix and suate well, on a low flame, for 10 seconds. Add double the amount of water and mix well for 2-3 minutes. Tasty Inji curry is ready. The mix left can be refrigerated for future use.
